In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Ferrexpo plc (LSE: FXPO) makes the following notification concerning Fiona MacAulay, Senior Independent Director and Non-executive Director of the Company.

In relation to her existing appointment as a Non-executive Director of Dowlais Group Plc, Ms. MacAulay has informed the Company that Dowlais Group Plc became a publicly listed company on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 20 April 2023.

As detailed in our 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting, Fiona will step down as non-executive chair and chair of the remuneration committee of IOG plc after its 2023 AGM scheduled for 2 May 2023.
