The Directors of Ferrexpo plc intend to pursue a dividend policy consistent with the Group’s growth profile, reflecting the investment the Group is making to drive future growth and the cash generated by the existing operations, while maintaining a prudent level of dividend cover. An interim and final dividend of approximately equal proportions will be paid.
