These are backed by subsidiary company employment manuals to cover local legal and regulatory requirements.

The Group provides technical training for all employees consistent with their duties and responsibilities. In addition, Ferrexpo has an active sponsorship programme which supports its employees at institutes of higher education and provides internships to local students.
