Ferrexpo AG and Ferrexpo Poltava Mining have their own Boards, responsible for ensuring that each company complies with its local legal obligations, observes the interests of shareholders and acts in accordance with the Group's corporate governance policy. 

At Ferrexpo Poltava Mining, in addition to the Supervisory Board, there is a Management Board responsible for production and daily operational issues.
