Executive Committee
In keeping with best practice governance processes, Ferrexpo has an Executive Committee of senior managers which is responsible for overseeing the operational activities and development of the company and implementing the strategy to be set by the Board.
ExCo is comprised of the two executive directors of Ferrexpo, together with the heads of all business-critical departments within the company. ExCo meets monthly and formally reports to the Board each quarter.

He has over nine years of managerial experience. Mr Zhevago has been a member of the Ukrainian Parliament since 1998. He is currently a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Law Policy and Co-chairman of the Parliamentary Group for Inter-Parliamentary Relations with Japan. Since 2002, Mr Zhevago has been a member of the permanent delegation of the Ukrainian Parliament in the Parliamentary Assembly of the European Council and a member of the Ukrainian faction of the Committee for Parliamentary Cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union. He has previously served as chairman of the management board and deputy chairman of the supervisory board of CJSC Commercial Bank Finance and Credit ("Finance and Credit Bank") and as a member of the supervisory board of JSC Ukrnafta. Between 1993 and 1996, Mr Zhevago was financial director of JSC "Finance and Credit". Mr Zhevago graduated from the Kyiv State Economic University in 1996, with a Masters degree specialising in international economics.

 has worked for Ferrexpo Poltava Mining since 1984. He is a graduate of the Kyiv Institute of National Economics, specialising in Industrial Planning.  was Vice President Strategy for the Minerals Group and Vice President Coal, Iron Ore and HBI Marketing at BHP Billiton until 2001. Between 2002 and 2006, a Partner of Destra Consulting Group, in Melbourne, specialising in Change Management. A graduate of University of Melbourne in Psychology and Commerce, and post graduate studies in Corporate Finance from Swinburne University, Australia.') "Simon Wandke")
 qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand in 1991, having gained a First Class Honours degree in Engineering. He has held senior financial positions for the past 16 years, firstly with IMI plc both in the UK and Europe, and then with Carclo plc as Finance Director where he oversaw the transition of the group. Most recently, Chris was Finance Director of UK Coal plc where he played a central role in the transformation and development of the groups mining and property business.
