In compliance with best practice and the UK Combined Code on Corporate Governance, Ferrexpo has four formally-constituted Board committees. These are the Audit, Nominations, Remuneration and Community and Social Responsibility (CSR) Committees.  The terms of reference governing each of these committees appear in the ‘Policies’ section of this website.
