CSR committee

Ferrexpo also has a CSR Committee of the Board, which is not required by the Combined Code but which is in keeping with best practice for mining companies. The CSR Committee is chaired by Victor Lotous, Ferrexpo’s Chief Operating Officer, and the other members are Michael Abrahams, Dave Webster and Kostyantin Zhevago.
