CSR committee

Ferrexpo also has a CSR Committee of the Board, which is not required by the Combined Code but which is in keeping with best practice for mining companies. The CSR Committee is chaired by Victor Lotous, Chief Operating Officer of Ferrexpo Poltava Mining, and the other members are Michael Abrahams, Kostyantin Zhevago and Brian Maynard.
